2013's 'Opposites' was the humongous sixth studio LP by Biffy Clyro. Initially conceived as a pair of separate albums - entitled 'The Sand at the Core of Our Bones' and 'The Land at the End of Our Toes' respectively - the two parts were eventually merged into one (although each album kept it's initial title as well). 'Opposites' wasn't quite as experimental as some of Biffy Clyro's other releases, but in Biffy Clyro World a relatively straightforward record still entails enormous anthems, bagpipes, an appearance from a mariachi band and over eighty minutes of high-octane rock.
